About the role:
Fasten your helmet and climb aboard if you’re ready to be our Software Engineer. In this role, you will be an integral player in the Merchant Platform team based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Focusing heavily on designing and implementing products for a massive network of small, medium and large businesses, you will employ coding and programming, deploy android applications in efforts to ensure seamless experience for our Merchants across the region. The folks in the GoFood and GoPay team will be your companions on this ride. Your efforts will directly influence the growth of business of millions of Indonesian and Southeast Asia Merchants.

About the team:
Our Merchant Platform Engineer Team consists of 60 more people based in Jakarta, Yogyakarta and India. Working alongside the engineering and product groups, we are predominantly concerned to create an ecosystem of solutions to accommodate merchants' needs on the Gojek platform to better manage and grow their business.. We constantly strive to improve the merchant experience and enhance our integrated ecosystem that consists of such as food delivery, offline payment acceptance, POS, financial services, deals, and promotions altogether
Should you have a question about how to run processes in the development of merchant products, we are your people! Currently, our team has been specifically hard at work with tackling issues within the engineering solution that relate to the merchant experience arena, which will help Gojek in becoming a trusted partner for all its merchants. We are a tight-knit group made up of ‘self-care and wellness’ kind of people, foodies, and kdrama lovers. We set up a high bar of working standard, never forget to also play hard, and we believe teamwork success is based on trust and support from each other!
