Group Product Manager - Consumer Experience (Jakarta-based, relocation provided) .
About the Role
As our Group Product Manager for the Payments group, you'll manage the streams under the Consumer Experience team. As a part of this team, you will need to closely collaborate with research, design, and marketing teams to understand more about users & their spending, saving, and investing behaviors. You will be responsible for product-led scaling of the newly launched GoPay app across the whole of Indonesia and also improving GoPay usage in the Gojek application.
As a Group Product Manager, you will identify the needs of users and will influence teams to work towards solving problems to make GoPay an emerging market leader. Areas that you will be owning are user behavior, analytics, discoverability, growth, and adoption of features all across payments, experimentation and segmentation, and building and governing all our communications channels with our customers.

About the Team
The Consumer Payments team is responsible for building and growing the customers and payments made through GoPay. GoPay is South East Asia’s fastest-growing consumer payments and financial services app and serves tens of millions of registered users on a variety of payment avenues, providing the most convenient payment methods in South East Asia.
As a part of the Consumer Experience team, you will be responsible for products to improve GoPay usage on Gojek and GoPay applications. This team is also responsible for the platform products like communication framework and mobile app experience.
